Wreck It Ralph vs Frozen vs Tangled
Opinions?
why so serious?
Really liked all three of those. Would rank as such:
1. Frozen
2. Wreck-It Ralph
3. Tangled

1. Wreck-it-Ralph
2. Frozen
3. Tangled
To me, Tangled is a little too 'scatter-shot' with its plot and setup. It reminds me a bit of why I don't hold 'Aladdin' in such high esteem: they want to tell a story, but it feels like it loops in-and-out of itself too many times to really feel 'stable.'
I feel that of all the films that have been released since Lasseter/Catmull came in, 'Ralph' is the high point of emotion, and showed the studio going outside the regular norms to tell its story.
"Thanks, guys." "So long, partner."
- Toy Story 3 (9/10)
1. Wreck It Ralph (love it!)
2. Frozen (watched it when it came out and was able to base my opinion off of nothing but my own thoughts and loved it, the hype around it is pretty annoying but I still like the movie)
3. Tangled (didn't really like it and find Rapunzel irritating and the most overrated princess)
In my opinion:
1. Frozen
2. Wreck-It Ralph
3. Tangled
All of them are good though.
Tangled and frozen rock wreck Ralph is crap
shareWreck-It Ralph is a great film, but I know it's your opinion so I can't bash it. Also, if you think that Frozen and Tangled are the best, which do you think is better???
shareTangled sticks closer to original story
shareThat is true and it made the Rapunzel story so much more interesting with certain plot elements that it delivers, like Flynn having a reason to climb the tower. However, I still think Frozen is a far more rewatchable movie. Sure, it may be a bit overrated commercially, but idk I just love the story and characters and of course the songs are very memorable.
shareFrozen does have better songs let it go have you seen moana yet I went tonight brilliant I only like jungle book and Disney fairytale movies none of the sci fi stuff sorry. Love princess movies and yeah I am male straight aswell lol
shareGood to know what you admire and no I haven't seen Moana yet, I'm dying to though😕
shareYou over hear in uk I would say go but it's not on release to public till Tommorow I would say it doesn't beat tangled or frozen it is enjoyable than the awful zootopia though sorry if you liked zootopia
shareIt's already been released where I am and yes, I actually liked Zootopia lol.
shareYou in USA then I do own every Disney film just not a fan of a lot of the modern stuff I grew up with the real classics of the 90s and no I don't like Tarzan or the lion king only bad ones of the 90s movies I actually really loved hunchback so underrated my favourite is beauty and the beast gaston and Baloo my two favourite Disney characters ever
shareI'm actually in Canada and I really need to get working on my Disney stuff I haven't seen that many Disney movies. I'd say my most anticipated one to see is Beauty and the Beast. I have seen others though like The Lion King, Mulan and Aladdin. *I hope I'm not in trouble for giving away my own country*
shareWatch beauty and the beast what did you think of lion king I don't find it very exciting I was 8 when I first saw it my dad is from Toronto Ontario ask your parents if they remember the show circle square before he moved hear in the 80s he was on it
shareThe Lion King was a very sophisticated film in my opinion. It's more of like the Citizen Kane of Disney animated films even though I didn't think it was the greatest and I haven't seen Citizen Kane. But I thought it was great. I'll see Beauty and the Beast sometime when I'm tired of watching stuff I like, like horror flicks, which I'm not to keen if you even like those types of movies.
sharehorro is ok I am more a Disney nerd I must have seen the classics over thousand times especially jungle book have you seen it Aladdin is another great movie especially the genie
shareHaven't seen Jungle Book yet. Heard the remake was amazing though. Anyways, this discussion has gone for quite a long time now so how about we call it a day sorry I just don't want this board to be overfilled with these responses lol.

I'm not exactly the target audience, I'm old enough to (barely) remember when Disney's version of Robin Hood was in theaters. No matter how old I get, I never lose my love for animation. I thought Tangled and Frozen were fantastic, but being that I grew up with classic golden age arcade games and am still a big gamer today, no way am I going to vote for anything over Ralph.
