I know its getting to be that time but still makes me sad. This is why i hate getting invested into shows just to have them end.

Yeah it has especially considering that it seems like lately the channel cancels more dramas than let them have real endings ever since PLL premiered, it, this show and The Fosters are the only ones that they have let run. And I'm guessing the Fosters will have a real ending but I'm not sure.

shareNot entirely surprised given how long it took to get the green light for season 5, but the thing that shocked me was that season 5 is only 10 episodes long. I thought it was going to be a full season. I'm wondering if they did originally get a full season pick-up but it got changed, because everyone associated with the show was just celebrating the 100th episode, and now they're stopping at 103. The news seemed very abrupt, but who knows?
Sad news though, it's not perfect but I love this show.
I hope we at least get a satisfying ending.

But they've already filmed all of Season 5. They are putting the finishing touches on the Season 5 Finale this week. Do you think there's a good chance Freeform would just never air them or release them in any way?
Do you think Freeform would just sit on those last 10 episodes forever and let them die?
I hope not. That would make me really sad, to know that they exist and no one will ever let us see them or learn what happened.
They could always just release it straight to Netflix.
