It doesn't matter. Even toilet paper manufacturers advertise "inclusiveness" these days.. Cruise should be blackballed (yep) until he works with a black director. Everything in life will improve if we stop hiring strictly on performance.

You make movies because you want to create stories that entertain audiences whoever they may be. No one cares who they've worked with based on some insane judgemental quota you come up with in the always changing definition of racism according to liberals. TC sat next to a black guy on the bus in Jack Reacher. He also worked alongside Ving Rhames in MI. He has taken care of blacks for years!
