Not mentioned because their relationship didn’t last. (They had chemistry, but that was about it.) If she was dead, it would have been more tragedy in Maverick’s sad life. Unfinished business with Penny Benjamin seemed much more plausible to me.

Neither. Charlie changed teams. Her call sign should have been a big red flag.
