some of the worst child acting ever...
...with some of the worst lines ever. This is not good filmmaking for any age of viewer.
shareSurprisingly, the acting was one of the few things I was fine with in this god-awful movie. Asa had some awkward deliveries, but the kid gives a solid performance overall. Same with the rest of the kids. No idea why Harrison Ford was so well-praised, though. He was fine, but someone like JK Simmons or Bryan Cranston would have been so much better for the part. Ford's a little too likable to play such a morally ambiguous character in my eyes.
