I've been an R.N. for 21 years, all male infants are checked soon after they are born to be sure the testicles have descended into the scrotum. If one or both have not descended, the baby boy has a condition known as cryptorchidism. If the condition has not resolved on its own by the time the baby boy is 6 months old, surgical intervention is necessary (that is if the infant has testicles).

I totally agree! My point was, the "girl" in the tub is actually a biological boy. Apparently he considers himself "transgender". Look it up.
