Unwatchable

I tried to watch this movie yesterday in NYC, but I couldn't. Some of the worst dialogue, acting, and lighting I've ever seen in a theatrical release. There's absolutely no story, no sense of plot, just endless 90's pop culture references.

I left at around the 20 minute mark after one of the characters says "You only like her because she knows the lyrics to Sting's Brand New Day.

This film is like listening to someone slowly drag their nails on a chalkboard.

It's a shame that "Horror" has come to this.

I stand by what I said before. This *beep* was pure trash. I will never waste another minute of my life trying to watch it again. Life is too short to waste your time on garbage. There are so many talented young filmmakers out there who are struggling to raise money for or find distribution for their projects, and it this is what gets a theatrical release? And this *beep* got financed?

Loved it! Thought the cinematography and lighting was amazing. I agree the subplots were a little all over, but I still loved the vibe. It reminded me a lot of Jennifer's body and Kaboom. The 'scary movie' type slapstick stood out though, da fuq

The movie was a bit over the top for me.

While I would usually be on the side of those who say that you can't judge a film from its first 20 minutes in the case this poseur film you certainly can.
I watched to the end and my opinion is the same as if I had just switched off when you did at the 20 minute mark.

I watched this the other day and had no idea what the hell I just saw. I was looking for a horror movie and Netflix and selected this one. Now I see it was meant to be a Comedy it makes a little more sense, but it wasn't really funny. Dane Cook is the only actor that made me laugh in the movie.

They tried way to hard with a lot of the stuff and it didn't work. The guy being a fly just made no sense, the daughter and mother switching bodies also was stupid. Then add the time travel piece just made it way too much going on at once and it just didn't work at all.
