What exactly is your problem?! Bumping these threads is just idiotic, why not let new, more interesting threads be in the first page?

A) There isn't a flood of new posters coming in. When there is, what you say will be understandable.

B) These topics serve as examples (scarecrows...or stuffy guys, if you prefer) to keep the same damn topic away or at least confined to one/a handful of threads instead of one-dozen threads.

Indeed, what exactly IS his problem? Resurrecting old threads from a time we knew far less about the film is HUGELY annoying. Does IMDB take a dim view of this, perhaps? It should do.
