Best and Worst FD?

Which FD do you think is the best and worst? The best to me was FD2, the worst was maybe 3 or 4.

I can't tell. They all have almost equal amount of parts that I hate and love.

1. Final Destination (9/10) - original concept, well developed characters (you actually care for and want them to live), great deaths scenes without actually turning the film into a gratuitous gory fest.
2. Final Destination 3 (8/10 - very well developed characters, nice use of lighting/score, some horrific deaths
3. Final Destination 5 (6/10) some truly horrifying deaths (Candice, Olivia), brilliant twist at the end
4. Final Destination 2 (5/10) entertaining, but nothing to write home about (excluding the opening sequence)
5. The Final Destination (2/10) mediocre acting, writing and plot. Just awful.

The loyalty to calling FD4 "The Final Destination" is staggering. Until I came here, I didn't even know it existed. Saw franchise and Final Destination franchise are NOT Nightmare and Friday the 13th.

You have exactly the same order as mine, and also same reasons.
I like 1, 3 and 5. But really not that into 2, not to mention the super cheesy 4.

Final Destination>Final Destination 2>Final Destination 3>Final Destination 4>Final Destination 5

I've watched the classic 1-3 a ton of times. A fanatic amount. The other two I only watched once.

FD = Best progression. Fresh story. Characters are multidimensional. Best ending.
FD2 = Crazy good intro. Good progression, but later has stupid explosions and dialogue when they are all in the van that bring down the film's overall quality.
FD3 = If it wasn't extremely rushed I'd put it above 2, but I really can't excuse poor sequencing. Has the best dialogue and most enjoyable protagonist.
FD4 = The film that crossed the line. Gore porn crap. Sex gimmick slop. 3D gimmick slop. Boring inciting incident (stage collapsing is boring, slow, poorly choreographed, etc.). 2 funny moments (guy trying to kill himself and the begger cussin). A *beep* you fans ending. I was visibly angry after leaving the theater.
FD5 = Even worse than FD4. There's much more I will be saying about this pile.

Easily, FD1 is the best; FD4 the worst.

FD1 - Original concept, interesting & the most developed characters, and some cool death sequences.

FD3 - Great intro\premonition scene, best protagonist, better characters, and I liked the "clues" in the pictures predicting the deaths. I almost put this first on the merit of the lead, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, if it weren't for the final scene on the train, which I felt cheated by.

FD5 - The premonition, the 'kill or be killed' twist, the flight to Paris twist, more suspenseful than the others, decent leads, had a bit more humor in it, hated the ending with the black guy, though. Saw it coming a mile away.

FD2 - A cool opening, but laughable death scenes (the BBQ scene/death at the end was just too silly to be taken as "horror"ible. I liked AJ Cook (JJ from Criminal Minds), Michael Landes, and Clear, though.

FD4 - Pure dreck. The opening scene just wasn't suspenseful, the characters stupid, and the death scenes were dumb; sucked into a pool drain?!?! WTF?!

I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.
