I enjoyed this for what it was. It was miles better than dumb and dumber 2. I would give this a 6.5. This is one of the few times I disagree with the imdb rating. I don't understand all the hate for this sequel. The only thing I can think of is that the original fans are a bunch of idiots. It's a *beep* zoolander movie not schindler's list the forgotten sequel.
shareThank you!!! People seem to forget Zoolander was a flop when it came out...took years to get its current "cult" classic status. I laughed a lot during 2 but it garner's more fans several years from now, like the first one.

If I was the President of USA and watched this movie, I would have created an executive order to completely destroy this movie and any types of copies of it, and another executive order to prohibit the production of any sequels of this movie, and another executive order to ban the creation of movies like this under penalty of death by the electric chair, with the entire event streamed to all devices of all people in the world.
This does not come close to show how much I hate this movie.

I enjoyed the original and I really wanted to enjoy this, but with the cliched, forced jokes and stale shtick humor, along with the pointless, phoned-in cameos, the whole movie was a waste of time and money for me. This was nothing more than another shameless Hollywood cash grab.

I am a huge Ben Stiller fan and enjoy almost all his movies. I loved the first Zoolander as well. Finally had a chance to see this last night. While I did laugh hard at a couple of scenes......I found the plot horrendous. The jokes and the cameos over the top.....to a point of ridiculous. The production values seemed to be on par with a Mission Impossible or Bond flick.....which didn't make much sense either. Not sure what Stiller was trying to accomplish? All around, one of the worst films I have seen in a long time.......and again.....some of my all-time favorite movies are...

Tropic Thunder
Dodgeball
etc.

I liked it. There are just a lot of trolls out there. I don't want to compare the 2 films. They are really about the same. They are both silly movies and sometimes you need that. If you read my comment Mr. Stiller, Mr. Wilson,all the talented famous actors and Theroux for writing it thanks. I think it's a good sequel and I don't say that often.
