I'd love it if it had a dark ending. Perhaps not all of the PLL make it out alive?

edit: I wouldn't mind a dark ending, I just don't think the writers could do it right or would even have the guts to do it. To have an ending where one of the liars dies or something like that.

I'm pretty good with a dark ending. A happy ending for this show would just feel dishonest. I want something that is going to cut deep and snatch souls.
However, I believe we might get more of a bittersweet ending. Maybe someone dies and someone close to them will betray them. I mean there are honestly a plethora of ways this show could end, but the darker, the better imho.
I am hoping for a mixed ending, with a few characters happy and a few miserable.

the Liars survive
Alison die
Jenna find closure
Mona find her purpose in life and have real friends
Lucas find love and move on from Hanna
Ezra hook up with another high school girl and get caught
Jason get his sh!t together
Melissa confess to being the mastermind from the beginning!!!!!Since I can't have it be Ezra - because Marlene wants him with Aria (ick!), I want it to be Melissa.

Agreed! I remember the Ezra could be A plot in 4B and I enjoyed every minute of it until the reveal lol.

He was perfect in the shady scenes! I can't stand how Marlene tries to make him look like the perfect boyfriend with the perfect proposal blah blah blah... please! Ezra is an awful person trying to be the boy-next-door.
Ian really shines when given darker Ezra material, as in 4B. Now THAT is an Ezra I can rally for!
