This sucks so much! BLARGH! How are we all going to waste our time now?!? Hahaha

But yes, head over to the PLL logic board! We do have lots of other sub boards as well as a chat box! It's been dead lately but with this terrible news I do expect a pickup in posts.

I've been a member of the IMDB boards for 11 years. That's almost half of my life. It wasn't perfect, but like you said, it was ours. This is the second site that I visit frequently that has gotten "closed" down in the last couple of months.

Yeah, that's a *beep* thing to do. I always come to the boards after I've watched a film or a new episode of a tv-show. And with show's like this, where people are trying to figure out what's going on, IMDb has always been the place to discuss everything.

I'm gonna miss this place.. :(

OMG I don't know what I am going to do with my life anymore.

Coming to the boards was part of the TV show-movie experience.

I don't know what I am going to do, part of the fun of watching PLL was coming here and trash it.

And now that it is the final season I expect so much disappointment and ridiculousness.I guess I have to move entirely to the subreddit. (It's not the same).

How can this happen?

I have had so many great debates here.

It was so fun to watch a movie or show with a complicated or, left to interpretation plot, and coming here and read all points of view and theories. And at the same time practicing my English (I am from Colombia).

I'll miss you guys.This sucks, imdb doesn't care about the community.

This seems like they chose to not hire efficient moderators instead of the people who actually comes here almost everyday.

They could have done so much with this space but they chose to closed entirely instead on focus on making it better.

Agreed this is completely ridiculous. They allowed trolls to ruin the site.

welp, this sucks, but glad the logic forums already set up for this sort of thing.

I feel bad this is happening i love it here and ocassionally checking in on the other boards.

imdb wants to be more of a professional site, and its intent with the forums was to discuss things in deep, but most of the 'professional' users dont actually post here, they just use it to update profiles, so it makes sense to phase it out. its unfortunate cuz i think they're going to lose a lot of business, its the people who come here for the forums that end up seeing lal their trailers and such.
