Are they able to forget Jess was there but remember each other and everyone else? If it was true forgetfulness then you'd wake up not knowing where you were or the people you're with.

My guess is that they had different drugs. They had one that would allow them to forgoet the day before but remember the week before?

Yeah maybe although it was neither explained nor displayed at all. (Aside from the reveal that she'd completely forgot she'd been there before)
