The bridal shower scene when Annie has her meltdown and the stepdaughter (I think) has that big smile on her face. I am still laughing a week later..

1) The fitting scene where everyone gets sick and Megan poops in the sink.
2) Annie trying to get Officer Rhodes attention.
3) Helen and Annie trying to out do each other giving their toast to the bride.
4) Before and during the time she gets pulled over.. "Oh Hi I'm Helen""
5) The Tennis game.
6) Annie stuck sitting on top of the remote gate while its opening.

Not sure if this counts, because I just found out this was actually a deleted scene, although it aired on cable, but the scene with the little boy and Annie. "Are you scared to die" "Cause my mom's gonna kill you" "You're making me uncomfortable" "Wanna see me dance" "I ate Saturday"    And the way Kristen Wiig tries not to laugh as she's "cheering on" the boy as he dances was priceless. And the "something's going to happen to your body" line.

At the party where people keep mistaking the strange looking men standing near Annie as her boyfriend and the scene with the little boy ( are you afraid of dying?)

The plane scene will always be the funniest thing and whilst Kristen Wiig was hilarious, I also have to give props to whoever played the flight attendant who played the straight guy to a tee.

Exactly. Bridal shower scene is beyond words funny. The cookie and the chocolate fountain part the most. Best comedic meltdown ever!

Also when Megan goes over and starts slapping her around. You really realize this woman is nuts if you haven't already by now.

The scene at the engagement party where Annie meets Megan for the first time is pretty darn funny.

Three scenes stand out for lol moments (and I don't even care how puerile my sense of humor [no 'u'] is)

When they get food poisoning and Megan says,"It's coming out of me like lava!" then Lillian poops on the street.

When Megan corners the air marshal on the plane and talks about the heat coming from her undercarriage.

During the end credits when Megan and the air marshal were getting it on and Megan was going on about her "meat flaps". Gold.

I don't even know where to begin

Everyone at the engagement party mistaking all the men for Annie's boyfriends, especially the big black guy with the hat and pipe just standing there.

The wedding dress scene "look away!!! Its coming out like lava" "Its happening, its happening, it happened"

The plane scene when Annie puts on sunglasses and walks into 1st class again, to the air steward "Its not me" and the crazy women she sits next to "I had a dream about this plane last night, you were there" "There is a colonial woman on the wing churning butter!"

The scene with the teenage girl is priceless "I'm very popular" "I'm..sure..you..are" imitating a blow job haha

Then finally when they are trying to get Rhodes attention in the car

"What you don't like rice? Tell me Michael, how can a billion Chinese people be wrong?"
