And the only way this movie can be remotely saved after 3 reshoots and a budget of now almost $400 Million, that it has to have Banner HULK fighting RED HULK and I've come up with scenarios for this to happen and it works, but damn if Disney won't hose this up

i think those stories are fully wishful misinfo (the source people pretty much always say the word RUMOR than fill in any manner of random bullshit) and would be overblown anyway. all manner of problems can cause reshooting.
in editing post production, the GFX people might find that they cant fix source material problems like proper lighting or blending CGI is a problem, need more angles lengthen preestablished shots, lots of problems that are purely technical.. marvel employs a LOT of CGI big sets stunts action more than other studios.. needing reshoots. story changes COULD be there too. not the only possibility
however if you go back to any of those misinfo sights, just add up all the sources that claim reshoots anyway that dont have the word "rumor" in it, you can probably max out at 1 or 0. i wager probably almost always 0. just pointless clickbait. they never have to prove or face accountability
They won't do it, but imagine if they could keep it under wraps, and on opening night you see Red Hulk fire Cap's shield back at him, and suddenly a giant green hand reaches out and stops it in mid-air. The theater would go bonkers.

The film could have been super woke and they decided to get rid of those ideas because it's now hated by many people.
Other than that, having an action film with superbeings ought to be pretty easy to make.
