Are many asian-Americans racist?
I mean I get jews going to synagogues because it's its own religion. But if you're just Christian why go to a Asian only church? And nobody even has a spouse from another race. It's weird.
shareThis is one of the biggest issues I'm having with the show. I get it's an Asian-centric show, which is fine, but it's set in Los Angeles (and the surrounding areas) and 98% of the cast is Asian. Just about every speaking part in this is Asian, everywhere all the characters go, Asian majority. I could kind of maybe believe it if it was in certain parts of Orange, but in LA? It's just unrealistic.
And naturally, the very few major non-Asian characters are villains. Another Hollywood fantasy. Might as well be Narnia at this point, cause it certainly isn't LA.
