What's with all the insults from negative reviewers?

I read some pages of the reviews and the scores are either 1 or 6+. Did not see a single score in between amongst the 3 pages I looked.
And in 90% of the 1-reviews they call people who liked the movie dumb, immature, neckbeards etc. What the hell is up with that? Can't get it in your head that different people like different stuff, especially in humour? Who's the one being immature really?
Also, many of the 1-reviewers state that they grade the movie a 1 because others overrated it. Really? But you know what? Maybe a lot of people are overrating it cuz so many are underrating it. In fact, I should do that myself now.
And I was just wondering, is that a thing now? To rate movies you don't like a 1? I'm not sure if I've given a single one. Feels like a movie has to be beyond dreadful to achieve that score rather than story, humour etc not being to your liking.

But hey, maybe that's just me.

Some people simply love to hate and derive joy from taking pleasure away from others. These are unhappy people often aren't satisfied just saying they didn't like a film but also have to tear down people who did, as if having a differing opinion is a character flaw. Usually these are miserable sorts who find comfort in trying to create a world where everyone is as pissed-off, angry and mean as they are.

Downgrading a movie with a 1 is the result of usual response of mentally handicapped ones.

They cannot fathom that someone liked the movie, so if someone gave it a 8, they wrongfully believe that someone overrated movie. Then they are compelled (again because they are mentally handicapped) to wage a "holy" war to bring "order" into their little world.

It is called core believe and it is well mapped in psychology. They believe that Deadpool is a crap and their brain is naturally protecting itself from opinions that challenge that view, because processing opposite opinions could hurt them. They need to downgrade Deadpool and insult other people, so they feel not threatened.

What you said above is right, and also applies to how people view the 2016 Ghostbusters movie.

So people who hate Deadpool are mentally handicapped yet you like fvcking toilet humor and cheap, childish jokes. I bet majority of the people who like this movie are kids or the same retards who think South Park and Family Guy are "good" shows.

I could care less with what naysayers think or feel about Deadpool for a few simple reasons.

- It's a critical and commercial success.

- It had a far less budget than the severely overhyped "BvS" and "Suicide Squad". The producers of those films have clearly never heard the term, "Less is More". And I'm not just talking about the money spent on those films.

- It's already out rating both those films at the present time (SS has only been out a week) and Deadpool's been out longer.

- I'm heartened by the fact that others have admitted to watching this multiple times already. My boss admitted to seeing this three times at the cinemas. I've seen it just the one time and will eventually get it on blu ray so I can hopefully pick up on all the other jokes I missed the first time around!

- The sequel will no doubt be highly anticipated, but one big advantage that it has is that it doesn't need to go down the flashback route like it did in the first one, and we already know a lot about his character and how he was created. Now they can tell a completely new story without having to jump back and forth through time periods (hopefully).

- there's no more deserving person in Hollywood for this kind of box office success than Ryan Reynolds. He copped so much flack for "The Green Lantern" (a lot of it was underserved), it would have been very easy to give up and completely stay away from being the lead in another superhero film.
But his persistence has paid off, and although he's had his fair share of great, decent and god awful films in the past 15 or so years, that was all leading towards this stand out role. Thoroughly deserved and I really hope the sequel can live up to expectations where others have usually failed.

- And lastly, the people have spoken. Six months after its release its an 8.1 on IMDB as I write this. I don't need to read any comments from the small minority who hated/disliked Deadpool, that this wasn't a highly entertaining, suprisingly great film.

Unless you've seen "Going Overboard", you have no right to start a thread called "Worst Film Ever"!

Damn straight!!! ^ 👏

Idiots want explosions and buildings being destroyed. Deadpool subverted that. I genuinely hope the sequel contains no action at all just to send their gentle little minds into freefall.

Rating it a 10 because it's a 10. Sitting there and nitpicking every detail of a movie is pathetic and shows how horrible society has become. I either hate movies, don't really like them, find them average, like them or love them. This 10 point scale gives every egotistical autist something to focus on I guess.

I've given several one's:

- Birdemic: Shock and terror
- Birdemic II: The Resurrection
- Thir13een Ghosts
- The Room
- Bring It On
- Coyote Ugly
- Showgirls
- Batman & Robin
- Jingle All the Way
- House of the Dead
- Alone in the Dark
- Robocop III
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III
- Return of the Killer Tomatoes

... and a whole bunch of other ones, including several given an MST3K treatment.

And I stand by them all. Not because other people are overrating them, but because they are simply downright terrible movies.

However, I've also given several ten's. And Deadpool is one of them.

They are only shateing an opinion and that's all. I enjoyed it myself.

It goes both ways. Here's a response from a Deadpool fan to someone who did not like the movie:

Congratulations, you are a fu*&ing idiot.

Wonderful movie, the fact that you hate life will not ever make me like it any less.

Btw, I though this move was ridiculous, but hey, that's just me

reply

What's wrong with being ridiculous.

Being serious gets you Batman. And that's crap.

Or at least "not fun". You don't get "fun" and "DC" on the big screen. You have to watch Arrowverse on The CW for that.

Would You like to know more?

Chinese Ninjas - taken seriously = dumb, when not done in fun.

It is so funny that some fans...no matter of what they´re fans of...feel literally threatened or annoyed when a movie of the same genre has a success...
They are so caught up with their thing that they keep hating and nitpicking things about other movies yet they embrace and ignore if their movies have flaws and have AMAZING theories on those flaws...

I´m not saying I care about these retards I just find it so pathetic but it´s entertaining
