6,7? really?
deserves more than 7,0, this is *beep* *beep* the critics and the haters :/
shareI'll admit I didn't like it as much at first, but its grown on me. It's very different, which is both a positive and a negative. It's not really much of an X-Men movie, but at the same time that's what's so refreshing about it.

While this movie wasn't perfect. It deserves i higher rating than Wolverine Origins.
shareSorry, I rated it a 6 myself. Maybe even a 5 (since I can't split the difference).
Good technical production, but kinda boring and lacking in narrative drive, and worst for me was that the underlying ethics of the story are pretty damned cruddy. I don't buy that it's "just entertainment" and so ethics don't matter; I'm getting kinda tired of cineplex-mentality flicks where the very same actions "deserve" death when the black-hat does them, but "deserve" a cheer when it's the white-hat.
No, I'm not religious, nor moralistic. I like to be entertained as much as the next man, but this is just piss-poor storytelling, and it's kinda insulting that we're expected to perform accordingly on cue.
You might very well think that. I couldn't possibly comment.
I came here to post the same thing. While this film isn't perfect, it is still a well made movie. I'm beyond baffled that it was the same rating as Origins. That film was utter trash.
shareI rated it higher but I'm fine with the average rating. What I think is *beep* is Origins also having a 6.7, that movie deserves a 5 at most.
shareHow in the blue hell does X-Men 3 have a 6.8 but this has a 6.7?
shareI agree. I think 7.5-8.0 reflects the film honestly. It is far superior to Origins & Last Stand & in my opinion is better than X1.
