When the women woke up in the morning on their spa getaway they all had the natural look ~sans makeup ~except of course, Melissa. She looked like a makeup artist had just spent an hour doing her face. Speaks volumes about the kind of person she really is- vain, phony and insecure.
I think Melissa is attractive without makeup too, ---now. Pre- plastic surgery, not so much!! Her shnoze was huge before! Most women have gone with a more natural, less is better attitude about makeup, but not the Jersey gals!!
The shiny white stripe down the center of the nose looks like a ski slope, or a landing strip. Not just on Melissa.
The dark contouring under the cheekbones is scary too. The make-up artists on WWHL really overdo that. Vicki looked like the Cryptkeeper the other night, her cheeks looked so sunken and darkened by the effect. I don't care for Vicki and I sure don't find her attractive, but that make-up was atrocious.

Contouring just really creeps me out and I don't understand why people do it. I could maybe understand if someone has some unfortunate facial structure going on, but people go overboard with it and it looks like a mask. With Melissa, it brings out some weird grooves in her nose that you don't notice without the weird contouring.
Did you notice whenever RHoNY Dorinda was on WWHL that it looked like she had some sort of black blush that went all the way up and around her eyes? I'm not sure if they have someone there that does the makeup, but I've definitely noticed some odd choices being made in the makeup area for WWHL appearances.
With Vicki, I think her face just might be a lost cause. Sorry if that sounds harsh but I'm PMSing and a bit tipsy right now. She has a really odd texture to her skin and I think if she got microdermabrasion and peels, instead of so many fillers, it would probably help smooth it out a bit. I think most of these women would look a lot better if they toned it down and stopped trying so hard.
I did notice Dorinda's face and the odd contouring. She looked like a Van Gogh painting and not in a good way.
Vicki has said a couple of times that she has adult acne. Sadly, it is all over her face, with some scarring, it appears. A lot of women have the occasional spot, like that headlamp that tells the whole world you are going to start your period.
I do feel for Vicki on this subject. I have never had an acne problem, thank God, but I can imagine how it must make a woman feel, as it is not an easy thing to cover. Then there is the scarring. Kenya on RHOA has pretty rough facial scarring too, but she is still beautiful, on the outside.
Have you ever watched "Dance Moms"? You'd think the women on there had moon craters to cover! They slather the foundation, Spackle, contouring and blush on and STILL you can see their huge pores. Their make-up is abominable! Hair is burned to a fare thee well and they are buttoned, spanxed, girdled and zipped from He11 to breakfast,
Brad Pitt used to have horrible pock marks when he was younger. I think he probably got rid of it with microdermabrasion and peels. That's why I was thinking it would be good for Vicki. The fillers just make her face look more bloated and unnatural, and the makeup is like spackle.
I haven't seen Dance Moms, but I can only imagine!
