How did Liam find where his wife was being held?

You just see him wandering around Istanbul, and then all of a sudden he picks a house and goes in.

His wife could have been anywhere. How did he find her?

Did not make sense to me.

I remember he was counting when he was being abducted. So I guess he retraced that route? .. but yes, they weren’t clear. He was just walking around, he hears a dog barking, and then he goes inside. Kinda random
