The way he looks at the boy with the glasses and dark hair is very creepy while they were walking past them in the hallways at school. I think he even licked his lips. Stephen King has a little pedophilic tone to HIS character. ANyhow maybe have a clue why they would put that scene in there? I'm asking bc there apparently there was an orgy scene in the book involving the kids, so maybe this was in the book as well.
Patrick in the book is way more disturbing and twisted than he was in the movie, I won’t spoil it in case you plan on reading the book, you won’t be disappointed.
Spoiler tagging this, details about Patrick in the book
Patrick in the book was a creepy weirdo. He had a fridge he would trap animals in, and let them suffocate. He also tried to give Henry Bowers a handjob. So it wouldn't be out of character for him to be creepy toward another boy.
(I don't mean being gay is creepy, but Patrick was generally creepy, as was the way he hit on Henry
Oh, Patrick did not try to give Henry a handjob.. ..he really does this to Henry Bower, but I think you are referring to Patrick tried to have blowjob which Henry decked Patrick out in the book. Thus sexually activity ended with Henry was still upset by blowjob offer. Henry was enjoying handjob when this offer came up and upset him.
