Who is the potential Mole?

I am thinking its either Nell or Granger

I'm really hoping it's Anna. She comes off as a bimbo barbie and I can't stand her in the show. Of course, that would be the perfect cover for our criminal mastermind. Plus, she's around fairly often but fringe enough to be the person gotten rid of. It would probably mean that we would still have to see her in future episodes, which is the only down side to this scenario.

Doubt it's Anna (and I hope not--I like her with Callen). Just no motivation. After all, NCIS rescued her father, and before that, she didn't have any connection to NCIS. I don't think it's anyone on the team, but if it is, I think it's going to be a situation similar to the Citadel set-up: the mole is being blackmailed to provide info. 
