Who is the potential Mole?
I am thinking its either Nell or Granger
shareNell
shareIs Natalie Grant her real name, perhaps?
shareHmm interesting. That could be it
shareI can't even imagine Nell getting romantic with Carl. YUCK!
shareHaha..that may be a bit of a stretch! Why do people think she is the mole anyways?
sharethe mole has to be someone with intimate knowlege of the ncis base, its pointless having the mole as someone who we have never seen in the office so logical assumption is it will be someone who we know well.
shareI am betting the mole will be guest star from a previous season who spent a lot of time at the HQ, possible Nate.
shareI agree. If it's another character like Carl--an unknown--then the entire premise was just stupid. For the sake of dramatic punch, I hope it's a character we know and care about; otherwise, there's no drama in unmasking the mole.
shareIt'd be stupid to have any regular character be the actual/second mole and suddenly a villain. They're all too loyal to NCIS and to each other. Granger might seem like the likeliest suspect since he's a gruff killjoy but he's no traitor.

Please let it be Deeks?
shareHere's another possible premise: there is no "mole." All the people leaking information have been paid (money or sex) or blackmailed by the Chameleon. The Chameleon wants to hurt/kill all the people close to Callen before killing Callen. [And I was so hoping it was Deeks! ]
shareThe possibility of this being just a wild goose (or wild mole) chase intrigues me. Another possibility: What if there's more than one mole? Sam's taunting of Carl with that (fabricated, but apparently not false) thing about the woman could be foreshadowing... If that's the case, then I suspect that it might be Nell and Eric.
shareBut the woman Carl mentioned isn't necessarily WHO he worked for or the mole; she was his "reward"--what the mole used to get him to do what he did. That's one reason I think somebody like the Chameleon might be behind this. The targets have all been the PEOPLE who work for NCIS--not information or technology. The attacks seem more personal--and no one hates NCIS like the Chameleon (at least no one I can think or--or who's still alive).
shareI can't think of his character name off the top of my head right now, but what about the psychologist that left the show a few seasons back? He recently made a brief appearance on the show...
He would definitely have an intimate knowledge of the base and the people in it, as well as having their trust having worked with them for so long. He'd also know Callen pretty intimately.
Posters entering a discussion for the purpose of attacking the others are quickly ignored.
That would be Nate
shareNate could be The Chameleon's son?
