He's clearly a very ruthless, narcissistic and determined character but he makes an exception and sacrifices for Talia/Miranda, the love of his life.

"The plan is proceeding as expected", he says as Talia is sleeping with Bruce Wayne.

Why is no one mentioning that he knowingly got his girl to sleep with other men?

He didn’t like her in a sexual way. He was more of her brother

The romance scene between Bruce and Talia was unnecessary in this movie, especially as he ends up with Hathaway
