This has got to be the worst acting in a death scene for a picture of this magnitude. It's nigh on comical, I don't know why Nolan didn't reshoot or use a different take.

I think the whole Talia portrayal was poorly done.

Most death scenes in movies aren’t realistic. Dying is usually a very gruesome event.
