having liked the 2019 film with McConaughey, Grant, Hunnam, Farrell and Michelle Dockery et al.
I'm only two episodes in to this TV series but I have to say that Theo James and Kaya Scodelario are terrific, the story is engrossing and the script is great. Please let it continue at this standard.

Well I finished the 8 episodes and liked the whole thing, it did get a bit cluttered at times but it sorted itself out at the end and tied everything together nicely. The door is wide open for a sequel of course.

Same on all counts except they didn’t really wrap up The Gospel thread. Daddy Glass called him off but we don’t know what he was promised and now he knows that not only did Freddy kill his brother but likely the accountant as well.

Season 2 will probably pick this up again. The priest is a great character.
