Anything that comes out of India is deemed Bollywood, same as anything that comes out of the US is deemed Hollywood, moron!

The name Bollywood is a portmanteau (a blend of two words), combining Bombay and Hollywood. The city of Bombay, which is today known as Mumbai today, is where the Hindi-language Indian film industry is based... in other words, it's Bollywood, the Hollywood of India.
