What police? He lived at the end of the world basically, I guess he was able to easily clean up the aftermaths of the home invasion.

No, you didn't. He didn't kill Galt. Galt died when he fell out of the helicopter, which was due to his own stupidity (removing his seatbelt and leaning out the side of the helicopter), as well as defying Teasle's orders. Also, it happened during his attempt to murder Rambo.

He received a full pardon for doing what he did in "Rambo: First Blood, Part II." That was part of the deal Trautman offered him.

Said cops were in Washington. Rambo was living down in Arizona when he came back to the States at the end of the fourth movie. Whether those cops forgave him or not is irrelevant. If they came down and tried to start some crap with Rambo, they'd have wound up a.) in jail or b.) dead.

yeah but when he joined the mountain rescue club, he might have had to show ID etc , and the cops would be all like "oh .... John Rambo ..... we've heard about you! - youre that nutball that went wild in the woods up in Oregon and hurt a lot of cops and Guard , get fucked we dont want you in our mountain rescue team.
