I see you're getting some negative feedback for your opinion, but looks are important when it comes to actors. Just as important as talent. You don't have to be a flawless oil painting, but you have to have a face that's distinctive without being distracting.

I was watching Snowden the other day, and the actress playing his girlfriend, Shaliene Woodley, just wasn't good enough, both in terms of looks and talent. Snowden's real life gf was even much prettier than she was, which is something I don't think happens much.

Another film, Dark Knight Rises, had a love interest who wasn't ugly but she had a massive mole right in the centre of her forehead, which just distracted me everytime she spoke.

So yeah, you're right to complain if you find an actor sticking out in the looks or weight department (i'm guessing she's a lousy actress too).
