The comedic timing, the story pacing, the special effects...all top notch. Loved it.

This is indeed by far the best movie of the three. The other ones all severely lacked in a coherent story and had horrifyingly bad CGI. For some reason this time it did work where the previous two movies are failures in my opinion.

I disagree, this film ultimately felt out of place within the franchise to me as the influences (adventure pulp) that it takes it's lead from were mostly absent here. The first two were great adventure pulp and provided the right experience. This piece is hollow, despite everyone trying to avoid that pitfall.
