Anti-Haters: Who Actually Enjoyed This Film

I just watched it and I have to say that I loved it. It was not your typical run of the mill heist film. It had twists, turns, and an interesting plot. Not to mention the cast was hot! The writing was pretty phenomenal as well. I don't know why people are hating on this movie and on the cast so much... HATERS!!!

I thought it was a good movie. Not perfect by any means, but certainly one I have watched more than once. The ending could had been a little better, and they could had done a better job of giving us back stories on some of the characters. Other than that it was alright. I would probably give it a 5.8 on a scale of 10.

I thought it started strong, but kind of fizzled after that.

There were some positives, like a decent cast, decent acting, good cinematography, and appropriate music, but after a while I remember getting bored and thinking, Sh!t this movie is long, even though it was barely past the 1:30:00 mark.

I will say this: If the movie was lets say another half an hour long, thirty five minutes longer, then the characters could have been better developed and I think this would have been a bitchin' movie. The problems I saw were emotional lows, for the character, that didn't have time to be put into context.
(Don't know why the word bitchin' came out, never use that word)

U know what...
on same day i wached "The Expendables" & "Takers" i didn't expect much from this movie, just an average action flick.. when i wached it i was more than satisfied, movie has some cool stunts, good story, ok script, a touch of thriller like twists & it is easy to wach and interesting SO for this film genere my humble opinion is that "some small Takers" could easily take big high budget blockbuster "The Expendables" with hollywood killer action stars line up -Any Day!!!
because takers are 10 time's cheaper but 10 times better in numerous categories.

Just watched it after avoiding it for a year. I didn't LOVE it but I didn't hate it either. It was a lot better than I thought it would be. It was entertaining which is all you can ask for these days. The characters were interesting though not well-fleshed out and there seemed to be little chemistry between them but at least they looked like they were having fun. The action was decent especially Brown's parkour scenes.

Otherwise the movie wasn't very original and alot the acting was cringeful like Matt Dillon whose better as a villain and T.I. who should never open his mouth in a movie again. (music entertainers need to stay off of the big screen and stick to music). The plot holes and clues were wider than the Grand Canyon. Seems like they just ran out of ideas at the end of the movie. Weakest finale I've seen in awhile.

Zoe Saldana was wasted. Why put her in there if you're barely gonna use her? They could have saved some money and put some video chick or pole dancer in her place to play that minimal role. She didn't even get starring credits. I guess it looked good on the cover art and previews to use her name.

"It was not your typical run of the mill heist film."

Oh, but yes, it was. The plot was familiar, a variation on many other films of this type. The only difference was the stylized direction, which largely failed.

That said, I didn't "hate" the movie. I've seen worse. It was OK to sit through. But I wouldn't recommend it to my friends, or put it on any list of great heist films.

It was passable at best. That isn't "hate"; that is reality.

There aren't just two views to take of any films, hate or love. There is an entire spectrum between those two extremes. This one fell on the lower end of the scale, but saying that anyone who didn't like it "hated" it is just not accurate in all cases.
