Well ... maybe you should say what element you think is lacking. Then someone could agree or disagree as to whether it is lacking, or, if it is lacking, whether it ought to be present.

A lot depends on what you think she ought to be. Too likeable? Not likeable enough? Too hateable? Not hateable enough? Too scared? Not scared enough? Too ruthless? Not ruthless enough? Too dense? Too cold?

It's a slightly unusual role. I think I'd have to see someone else do it before I agree it could be done better.

I think the movie exhausted her, so she seems tired in it. There was an interview with her and she mentioned a couple times how it was very exhausting. She had to film a lot of intense physical scenes with Ganush and the demons.

Much of her acting was bad. Every once in a while she did well. Sometimes when she would yell something and be assertive, it was so obvious it was acting, it didn't seem realistic at all.

Haha, I thought she was alright. Her role of a slightly-aloof-average-nobody seemed fitting!

I can't imagine the original choice (Ellen Page) being any better.

Nudity. That's what's missing from her performance. This movie could be a lot better (and it's already great) with some good Lohman nudity.

Not really. She was pretty good in the part, I thought. She had a feistiness that made sense for the character.
