What was she trying to convey in her scene? She comes from Watford. Why did she sound like someone NOT from Britian trying to put on a bad British accent?!

I'm english and I hear that accent all the time, every sh*tty mother i've seen in england was yelling to their 6 year old something along the lines of "IF YOU DONT *beep* SHUT UP..." had that accent so it's quite apt really
