i went to this movie after another one just to waste time and i loved it. im not really a hannah montana fan but i thought it was great, as did many of my friends. and dont tell me im an immature girl because im really not.

yeh im 21 and i loved this movie..its not great but its good..a really harmless fun movie thats really sweet and innocent. i dont understand its low rating..i suspect its just miley haters. these immature people should just give the girl a break..just let her be.

I mean, come on... the only thing decent about this movie is the song "The Climb". Everything else isn't just right.
I don't hate Miley. I actually like her songs. But with all honesty, i believe the rating for this movie is just perfect.

I'm a 26 year old girl and I though it was decent. Lots of good music, but the TV show is much better than the movie. It needed more Jackson or Oliver for comic relief.
shareJackson and Oliver are my favorite characters in the show, but the movie didn't had room for comic relief for none of the supportive characters except on a superficial level. Jackson did only slapstick-scenes and I used to like him for his lines and personality, too. And Lilly, although she isn't my favorite, had barely nothing to do in the movie. So in that sense, it was perhaps a good choice for Oliver to not have a bigger role in the movie.

I thought it was trite and boring in its attempt to sell the country life as the vastly superior way to live. As a Brit i also didn't like the way we were characterised through a fat fool of a tabloid reporter and his bitch of a boss. It was aimed firmly at the preteen market and suceeded. I couldn't wait for it to end but my little sister {aged 9} loved it.

People have to calm down, because this just is NOT a bad movie. It's ridiculous and childish that thousands of people give this movie 1/10 rating just because they don't like it. (Or they think they don't, of the 5000 people that gave it 1/10 I bet more than half of them didn't even watch the movie. Which is probably true, and I'm not the only one who's thinking it.) It was fun and entertaining, well isn't that enough? Ok, the acting wasn't brilliant, and not everyone has to like the songs, people have different opinions. But it was still a good movie, I give it a 7.5/10 ;)

35 yr old woman - went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised but not impressed. Still won't admit to most of my coworkers that I watched it though. I don't have kids as a built in excuse.
