Not this show, but I once watched a video of a newlywed video of a young newlywed couple frolicking in a lake in YEmenand videotaping themselves. Unfortunately, neither could swim and apparently there was a steep drop off and while frolicking the guy went over the edge, reached out in a panic and grabbed her and pulled her over too. Then it was just a matter of time. Heartbreaking to watch each essentially try to use the other as a life buoy and drown each other. A little more disturbing because it wasn't a re-creation. it was real.

I'm gonna do mine that haven't been named yet.
1. The alcoholic steamroller operator that goes to use the port-a-potty and forgets the set the brakes on the steamroller, so it rolls down the hill and ends up crushing the port-a-potty and him to death. Doesn't show it, but then the way the interviewer describes it, it sounds so disgusting and disturbing.
2. Another one would have to be the one with the two drug dealers being boiled alive for five hours by that starving island tribe. I think seeing the arm, a leg bone, and then their decapitated heads at the front of the table make it more disturbing.
