After rekindling my interest by watching videos about it (I played 1 and 2 at last 3 times) these need a movie. Or at the very least a 6 part Netflix show per game that can delve into everything without adding too much fluff

With BioShock, I think there's the makings of a brilliant film, but also a potential disastrous piece of schlock. A lot would depend on budget and -more importantly - director.
