I haven't watched Megan is Missing in about a year, but from what I remember, they never said how Megan died.

So how do you think she died?

The food came and so did I.

I think the same way Amy (eventually) died. Being buried alive.

Megan was already dead when they were buried. I would assume asphyxiation.

He obviously knows what it means, hes asking if the guy meant she was strangled or died from lack of air underground. Hes trying to find out if she was buried alive or dead

She was probably just sealed in the barrel and left to suffocate. Not buried.

The way she is positioned in the barrel it looks like she was sitting there, so I don't think it was ever buried.

I don't think her eye(s) were popped out... just white/ glazed over from being dead for a day or longer.

I doubt it was asphyxiation. She was more than likely tortured to death.

It seemed fairly obvious he was doing same thing to Amy
Imprison, rape, stuffed in barrel and buried

He did show Amy Megan's body, so I'm pretty sure he killed her some other way or suffocated her in the barrel and then removed the lid after she died. Amy was the only one who was still alive after going under the dirt.

Do you really want to think about it?

I think Josh attacked them in specific ways: he took Amy's virginity because he knew she was a virgin. Thus I think he orally raped Megan to the point where she suffocated to death (hence the fetish pictures of her mouth being forced open).

Remember all of the discussions of oral sex before, as well as Amy's virginity. There is the possibility that Josh was able to hack into their computer(s) and see some of their video conversations, being that they were all recorded. In a way, you could say that you are not just the audience, but you are the eyes of Josh as you watch the movie.
