Instead of asking if it is the best found footage movie ever, the question should be to name a movie that is more scarier or more compelling as a horror movie than this one. They kept ratcheting up the suspense until right to the very end. I would have had to turn it off if they went for one second more!!!!!!
no, definitely Noroi: the Curse.. that movie has scared the *beep* out of me.

i tried to watch rec and quarantine at multiple occasions, but i found them both to be relying too much on cam shaking and screaming, than anything else. Never made it even to the half of the runtime.
I also gave VHS a couple of shot. Couldn't make it through, though. maybe that one's just too ridiculous for my taste.
NOTHING beats TBWP as found footage, sorry.
