Keanu Reeves vs UFC fighter

With all the practical martial arts training Reeves has received over the years making John Wick films what chance does anyone think he would have in a fight with a UFC fighter in or outside of the ring? At the very least would he hold his own or just get demolished?

ZERO. I don't doubt he has the skills and technique. But you have to put in the wrench time. You have to actually beat a tire with a sledge hammer for 40 minutes every day. You have to sweat and grind.

It was rumored that Reeves was offered a part in a Mission Impossible movie after the first John Wick. He came to set but could not keep up with TC and superman. The part was recast. Who knows. Not sure how he would handle himself.

He's 58 years old and fights for pretend in movies.

He's get demolished against an active MMA fighter.

He was known for taking classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Kung Fu, Aikido and Krav Maga for his movie actions. But how much he trained and on what are hard to tell. He never earned any belt (he was granted an honorary Judo Black Belt after preparing for John Wick), but he had no real motivation to gain one, it is not like he needs certification to do movies, or wants to open a martial art school.

I think for the promotion of John Wick movies, it was publicised that he trained quite intensively under Rigan Machado, who was known for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu martial art, which did very well in UFC. After the movie it was publicised that he continued his training, I think that is one of the reasons he still could make the recent John Wick movie at 58.

But when he was in the first John Wick movie he was already 40, that is not a prime age for a martial artist. Most people participated UFC were much younger. He probably trained quite intensively for the Matrix movies too, but that did not receive the same publicity.

I think he definitely can beat most people of his age, but that is probably all we could speculate.
