Dub or Deutsch?
Which is one is better?
shareDeutsch of course...provided you understand it. πβ
shareThx. Yeah, I tried English, its just Germans with British accents.
shareDubbed movies sound like cartoons.
It isn't that hard to read subtitles.
Ahhhh...you corrected your OP-headline. πβ
Edit to add
British English is taught in German schools.
The German accent provides the German vibes. βΊ
Original language to a film is always better. Even though I did learn German in school for about three years, I totally forgot a lot of it... it is not even funny. And I would not watch any movie being dubbed, takes away the feel of the film. Same goes for video games and anime. Just read the subtitles, it is not a big deal.
shareWhy would you dub anything? Completely takes away the performance of the actors.
shareEven if the letters are small, they always take away from the screen.
It disturbs the overall impression, especially with nature and art films,
And sometimes I'm just not in the mood anymore to read after reading the whole day.
Always original language , duh.
shareI haven't watched this but, just putting in my opinion about dubs and subs. When I watch a movie that has both, I watch it both ways. First I watch it with the subs and then if I like the movie, I'll watch it again with the dub. That way you get two different experiences from the same movie. I've always enjoyed doing that.
shareDubbed by a kilometre.
Subtitles are strictly for idiots that don't understand cinema.
People took the bait here.
