Did Nina freally die at the end?
Wouldn't the cast or audience have noticed blood on her costume, considering it was white, before the last act?

Sorry, anybody who is plain stupid enough to read the forum before watching the film deserves to be spoiled as a lesson learned.

This is a board for people who have seen the film and want to discuss it. So obviously we will talk about the film's plot. So I actually consider it good forum etiquette to NOT use spoiler alerts because they are just distracting noise.
If you really think you must get the opinion of folks having seen the movie BEFORE seeing it yourself, just go to IMDB's review section, there are literally hundreds of reviews. But don't think you can prevent the rest of us from discussing freely, ok.

The board implements a spoiler feature to hide spoilers. Obviously, it is meant even for people who have not yet seen the movie. It's just a matter of courtesy to others.
If the title had been "Question about the end - spoilers", I am sure that those who have seen it would know what it is about.

The discussion board should be for those who want to DISCUSS everything about a movie. There should be a warning to members that you may see spoilers within these posts. IF you want to read about a movie before you go and see then read the REVIEWS - not the discussion boards! Discussion boards are fun to those who have seen the movie and want to debate what this scene meant; or why did they kill off this character so early in the film,,etc etc etc. How can you discuss a movie without spoiling it?? Stay away from these boards if you didn't see the movie.

Hello! McFly! Anyone home?!!...... How long have you been on IMDB? Above the Message Boards is "User Reviews". This movie for example has more than 1000 reviews from regular Joe Schmo members of IMDB. Were not talking NY times pro movie reviewers. If you cant get a wide variety of opinions of the movie you want to see from those, dont see the frigging movie! Just keep away from the message boards because you WILL get your feelings hurt when you see posts from people DISCUSSING THE MOVIE!!!!!
Question: Why, then, does one see 'spoilers' so often on the IMDb boards?
Answer: Some people are considerate of others.

And I don't want to have a board which looks like this:

• attention, spoilers, want to ask something

As it is, you already have 25-50% of titles telling you nothing about the thread's content, but not to avoid spoilers but because the titles are meaningless and badly chosen. If you replace the rest of the titles with my examples quoted above, the board becomes unreadable.
So no, go whine elsewhere, we won't budge. share
Just now, I was on the Ex Machina board. A lot of people are discussing the movie.
So many threads with spoiler alerts, and not one page looks 'unreadable', as you put it. One is titled Ava's first outfit (Spoilers). Another is What does Ava want? Spoilers. Very specific, just as you like it.
If you've seen the movie, you'll know what they mean and can answer the questions. If you haven't, nothing is given away and you'd be stupid to click on them, right? And just think, it took no effort at all for those people to add the alert.
Thankfully, a lot of people are still considerate.
Again, we won't make the forum thread titles unreadable.
Your own suggestion ("Spoiler question about the end") is a perfect example!!

If you're reading a message board ABOUT A FILM on imdb, you're spoiling it yourself. The entire point of the imdb message board is to discuss the film. By your rationale, imdb should put "SPOILER" in front of the word "board" for each movie.
