Who did the green eyes belong to that Arya was supposed to shut forever.

I figure that that was originally said to Arya with the connection to her being one of the Faceless in mind, and changing faces (and eyes). But it's ended up being linked specifically to people with those coloured eyes. No idea who the green eyes belong to and doubt even the writers know.

Walder Frey, Littlefinger, and the Waif all had green eyes.
