"I have to die in this strange land, just like you."

What's does that mean?

I think she meant that for both of them to have become somebody of importance, they had to leave their homelands, therefore they will die in a strange land to the one they were brought up in. They both mean to stay important.

And I hope you're right, because I don't want to see Varys die; he's one of my favorite characters. >:(

Rewatching GOT from season 1, I really like him too but I'm afraid he'll die a horrible death this season.
