Who didn't think this movie was as abismal as every single other person on this board? While yes, it would never win any awards and is predictable, I still found it very entertaining and I loved the soundtrack.

Maybe it's because I have never seen any of the original prom night movies? But I think this is an entertaining way to pass an hour and a half. Plus I love Brittany snow. Also maybe it's because I've only seen the unrated version? Not sure if its just me that enjoyed this movie...

I like it just fine. Yeah it's a buy the numbers teen slasher flick but it keeps me interested and the teacher killer was menacing enough. And for the record it's not a remake. It just shares the same name as the 80's movie.

The storyline is boring and unwatchable. They should have relied more on the story of the original.
