Was Jane really that stupid that she would tell on Walter?

She makes a threat when WW balks at giving Jesse his cut from their deal with Fring that will expose him and ruin his life.

She goes on and on about how she's Jesse's partner and she is all he needs, I guess she doesn't realize Jesse would be headed to jail with Walt if she narced on him?

I think it was an empty threat. But Walter couldn't risk it. Jane really illustrates the tragedy of drug use. When we first meet Jane, she is clean and sober. She is beautiful and trying to be strong. But as she gets drawn back into drug use with Jesse, all insecurities and rage breaks through and she continues to show bad judgment.
