unlike most, i wasn't really piecing parts together, i was just merely enjoying the movie for what it was. let it shock me for all i care!

Well, this one was pretty simple. The title of the film is "Definitely, Maybe," and in the scene where Will and April are at the rooftop party early on, he playfully says, "Will you marry me?"

And April says, "Definitely...maybe."

Umm, duh. Dead giveaway.

I gotta say... I'd be sooooo happy to end up with ANY of these three women. Not only were they all beautiful, but they all came across as being really nice characters too.
I didn't really think particularly hard about WHO was the mother, because I suspected they'd just twist the story to try and mislead everyone anyway. Mind you, I had a feeling that searching for the inscribed BOOK for April would be quite significant in the end... and kinda knew he would find it for her too.
It reminded me of FRIENDS when Ross bought a rare book for Rachel. (can't think what it was called right now, but those kinds of efforts normally go down quite well... especially if you have a romantic soul.)
BTW: Does anyone know if this movie inspired the TV series "How I met you mother" or perhaps vice-versa?

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it!

I knew after Maya called Summer a bitch. It was already obvious that Emily was Maya's mother since Maya said it couldn't be her because she was the first girl in the story, and there's no way that they'd have him ending up with the girl his daughter called a bitch lol.

SPOILERS!!!!!

i'll be honest, i never watched a trailer, a teaser, nothing, i was just channel browsing n suddenly ryan n abigail r together on screen!!! i said, "gotta watch this"... i started watching just when will started his story, n in the moment he met april i knew he was gonna end up with her. Emily was his college sweetheart, he would have known her for quite a while, but i don't think he would have been happily ever after with her. Then there was April, she had some cool kind of relationship with will, the way they started talking for the first time, it just told me: she's the one he's gonna love forever after. Then Summer was kidda cool, but they had a relationship that seemed too much like "let's b together cuz we look great together, we have a perfect life, perfect sex, perfect thing together" but together doesn't really work very often. Then Will n April became friends n it told me more n more they would b together at the end...
