I think every single one of them were actually very appealing. But I give a slight edge to Rachel Weisz. Based on the personality of their characters, I might choose differently. But just on physical appearance, I'd have to go with her. And if I had to rank them:

Rachel definitely. I think in terms of looks she's absolutely stunning/very striking. Isla's gorgeous aswell but in more of a cute/adorable way. And yeah, I agree about Banks, in this movie at least, she just seemed pretty plain compared to the other two.

I'm a straight girl but Isla Fisher :) I love her personality. In everything I've seen her in, she's always bubbly and happy and sassy which leads me to believe she's probably like that in real life. She reminds me of me.

Definitely not Rachel Weisz. Bushy eyebrows, mouth too wide, nose too close to her lips, knobbly and crooked nose. Which makes a fascinating face, but not attractive. Good actress, though.
Isla Fisher/April is my favourite in looks/personality.
I only had a crush on Rachel back in 1999/2001 for The Mummy and the sequel. After that, I think she kinda lost the attraction. In fact, probably in the sequel she lost the attraction because she wasn't the hidden, conservative, librarian anymore.
I had a slight crush on Elizabeth Banks thanks to 40-Year Old Virgin, but other than that she does appear very plain in most movies. However, she probably has some of her best appearances in this movie.
For Isla Fisher, oh man. What a knockout she is. She's smoking hot, and she's got red hair which is sort of a fetish for me. Ever since Wedding Crashers, I've pegged Isla as the hottest celebrity on the planet (yes, folks, hotter than Megan Fox and Jessica Alba).

Purely based on looks, I'd say Rachel Weisz. But in terms of character, I'd say Isla Fisher. But in terms of the actresses, I'd say Elizabeth Banks because I've seen plenty of her work, and I like her in all of them.
