shareTo me they look more like Duran Duran, but more "popy" IF such thing is possible. About the music video, well it's a pitch-perfect homage/mockery at those uber-cheesy music videos of the 80's.

It's not meant to be exactly Wham! but that's certainly one of the main inspirations. I think it's just inspired by all the cheesy 80s bands.
