Name only one from this category that you thought had the title and deserves to be called the worst. Respect others opinions and please dont say Alien 3 all the way to Prometheus. I know many who have issues with Alien 3, Alien Resurrection, Alien vs. Predator, Alien vs. Predator Requiem and even Prometheus. Only pick one. And maybe even Alien or Aliens. Its all up to you guys on which ONE was the worst of them all.

its either one or the other in this thread. This is a systematic debate and analysis on what you could actually call "The Worst Alien Film".

And please no sarcastic comments or derogatory statements. Ive heard them all already. They dont phase me. This is the Fing internet.

It's a toss up between Alien vs. Predator and Prometheus.
I'm gonna go with Prometheus because Ridley Scott can make a good film when he wants too, whereas Paul W.S. Anderson has always been a *beep* director.

Requiem is by far the worst. Can't like what you can't see.

That and it's just mindless violence against mostly unarmed humans.

AvP: Requiem is definitely the worst. The others have many redeeming qualities even if they are not all complete gems, but Requiem is basically disgraceful as a piece of cinema, whether looking at it objectively as a film or subjectively as an Alien/Predator movie.

AVP-R. Resembles a straight to DVD movie or a fan film. I can never sit through this movie a second time (which is rare for me). I find myself skipping all the boring and stupid parts only to realize I reached the end credits. No joke. The characters were so bad I can't remember any of them or their names. The film was such a disgrace I seriously wanted to give this a negative rating.

AVPR by far....
i wanted to love this film but there was so much foolishness going on it was impossible to like...
and the lighting was piss poor...

Prometheus as a stand alone film was brilliant....

AVPR easily.

The first AVP may not be a masterpiece but it is at least a competent B movie with amazing directing, visuals, set pieces and an original premise.

AVPR has nothing going for it; it doesn't even have basic lighting.

Alien 3 is the worst by far. I don't know how anyone can stand that pile. I only own it to complete the set.

'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings.

Actually, since my negative post above I DID buy the DC and found it quite enjoyable. It was a much better film than the TR.

Thusly, I halfway repent.

Nice to know that. I hated Alien 3 when I saw it the first time but now I love it as much as Alien and Aliens. Yes, my opinion can be subjective because this is my all-time favorite movie series!
