What is the best ghost movie?

These guys at this podcast claim it's The Innocents? Does anyone else agree?

I'm not actually claiming it is the BEST, but since most of the best ones have already been mentioned in this thread by others, I'll throw 'Stir of Echoes' into the mix.

This overlooked little gem is excellent, and everyone always forgets about it because it came out the same year as 'The Sixth Sense', and is very similar in it's basic story and plot. It pretty much just got overshadowed by all the Sixth Sense hype.

Personally, I enjoy 'Stir of Echoes' more. I think it is creepier, more engaging, and has waaaayyyy more replay value.

I know it's old but I seen it when I was 9 and it stayed with me for life. It's Burnt Offerings. I think it came out in the 70's. It makes you use your imagination which can be very scary. I liked it because it didn't have all the blood and guts that the new crappy scary movies are made of. I know a lot of you won't agree but I thought I'd put my 10 cents in anyway.

I wouldn't claim it's the best but the creepy, sinister vibe and story idea is VERY good. The Abandoned.

I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!
